Brad and the crew work all day to get the car dialed in and when they go out to qualify,a RF ball

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

joint breaks and Brad slams hard into the turn 4 wall. Repairs were made and in the last chance race,

the car just wasn't up to par and Brad parked the 89 car...until Slinger April 25th.

 

 

(4-25-04) Slinger Speedway Twin 75's. Brad starts out with a 11.472,besting 38 other cars that

took timing laps. In the 75 lap features,Brad finished 3rd in both on a cold April afternoon.

Regular Season starts next sunday night.

 

 

(5-2-04) Slinger Sunday Night Opener. Frigid..Carnage weather,Brad and the 89 gang turn fast

 

 

 

 

 

 

time and alot of heads timing in at 11.389. In the dash,Bradley passes a few cars to finish 5th.

In the 60 lap main,the de-icers were activated and a charge to 6th in the non stop 60 lapper.

 

 

(5-9-04) Slinger Super Speedway mothers day special(Hi Mom) Brad Times 2nd quick with

a 11.490,moves up to 5th in the dash.In the 60 lapper,a tight pack of cars moved forward and

when the checkers were waved,the 89 car ended up 7th.Watch for special events soon!!

 

 

 

(5-16-04) Slinger Speedway Al Schill Jr Memorial 60. Brad misses the dash tonight as the team has

to make many changes to the 89 car,reason,the track was sealed  for tonights race.No problem,Brad

flys on the outside and takes the win over Eric Fransen and Dave Feiler.

 “Why would you want to lift?,” Mueller played to the crowd afterwards while describing the pass for

 the lead. “I make my living here on the outside and I saw Eric (Fransen) was checking up for Dave

 (Feiler) a little bit because his car was going away and I wanted to get around him on the top. I could

roll my car through the middle of the corner like Jack the Bear and I loved it!”

“It means nothing more to me to win Al Schill Jr. night again,” Mueller continued as he paid tribute the

late driver for whom the race was named. “There’s only one person who deserves to win this race more,

and that’s Al Schill Sr. because he deserves to win this for the little guy.”

 


 

 

 

 

On a night when the point leader had troubles,Brad moves right back in the point LEAD!!

(5-20-04) State Park Speedway. Flip Merwin Memorial.Brad hauls the MTM Machine

to Rib Mountain and times in 7th.In the fast heat,Bradley takes runner-up.In the main,Brad

was freight trained to the rear of the field and then worked himself back to 7th as the checkers

fell.A fun night of racing was had by one and all!!Chris Weinkauf took the 12oz trophy for 2004!!

 

 

(5-23-04) Slinger Speedway. Rain forces cancellation of tonights Alan Kulwicki Memorial.

 

 

(5-30 and 5-31-04)  Slinger Speedway Rained out again......wow....them skeeters are gonna

be bad when the sun shines!
